1. Introduction a.
   These terms and conditions govern your use of the Vruum car sharing app. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. b. Vruum reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Vruum website or app. c. Vruum reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app at any time without notice.

2. Use of the Vruum app a. The Vruum app allows users to rent cars from private owners. The app is available to individuals who are 18 years or older. However, users must be at least 25 years old to rent luxury cars, supercars, sports cars, 4x4s, or any vehicle with a value above £25,000. b. Users must have a valid driver's license and insurance to use the app. c. Users must not use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating any intellectual property rights or engaging in fraudulent activities. d. Users must not use the app to harass, threaten, or harm any other user or person.

3. Booking and payment a. Users can book cars through the app. The availability of cars is subject to change. b. Users must pay for their booking through the app. Payment must be made in full before the rental period starts. c. Vruum will charge a deposit at the time of booking, which will be refunded after the rental period if there is no damage to the car or violation of the terms and conditions. d. Users must return the car at the end of the rental period in the same condition as it was received, unless they have opted for the wash free and fuel free option. If the car is returned without or with less fuel or dirty, Vruum reserves the right to charge the user for cleaning or refueling. e. Cleaning and refuelling charges will incur should the user return the vehicle without or with less fuel or dirty unless they have chosen the wash free and fuel free option. f. Users are responsible for any tolls or fines incurred during the rental period.

4. Liability and Insurance a. Vruum provides fully comprehensive insurance cover for all cars rented through the app. b. Vruum's insurance cover includes third-party liability, damage to the rented car, theft, and personal accident cover. c. If a company is using Vruum's services, they can use their own insurance cover. In this case, Vruum does not offer any protection or insurance coverage. d. Users are responsible for any damage they cause to the car or any third party during the rental period. e. Users must report any accidents or damage to the car to Vruum immediately. f. Vruum reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user who violates these terms and conditions.

5. Privacy a. Vruum collects personal data from users to provide the app services. This data will be processed in accordance with Vruum's Privacy Policy. b. Vruum may use cookies to collect data about users' usage of the app. Users can disable cookies in their browser settings.

6. Governing law a. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. b. Any dispute arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved by the courts of the United Kingdom.
